MORE ABOUT ME
My fascination with cosmetic science started with my first graduate job back in 1997.

A condition of taking the job was that I undertake further study - the Diploma of Cosmetic Science which, at that time was being run by the London School of Fashion. I agreed and the rest is history.

My career has spanned all aspects of the industry from buying and selling ingredients to technical support, formulation development, research and development of ingredients and products, teaching and business development.

Want to hire me?
I want you to know that I value the scientific process over any marketing fad or trend and prefer working with people who seek evidence over opinions.

I also value creativity and work best when I can explore a brief, concept or trouble-shooting task with enough lee-way to enable a range of solutions to be developed.
I am autistic and have ADHD. These things make my approach to business both brilliant and inspiring but also slightly awkward and maybe a little different to the 'norm'. People love me for my honesty, my thorough and insightful approach, my curiosity and my passion for the subject. I delight in problem-solving and making all of those invisible improvements neded to create great, reliable and effective products. People sometimes find my communication style frustrating as I typically prefer to finish a piece of work before sharing updates.

If that makes sense, do get in touch and we'll create a plan of action together.
